Once your payment is processed, you will immediately receive an on-screen confirmation and a digital receipt. You’ll also receive an SMS or email with your transaction reference number for future tracking.
In rare cases, if a payment remains pending or fails due to network or biller response delays, the amount is automatically reversed to your source account once the transaction status is verified. You can also contact Centra Pay’s support team with your transaction reference ID for quick resolution.
